The Club (2015 film)
''The Club'' ((スペイン語:El Club)) is a 2015 Chilean drama film directed, co-produced and co-written by Pablo Larraín. It was screened in the main competition of the 65th Berlin International Film Festival〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Berlinale 2015: Competition Complete )〕 where it won the Jury Grand Prix.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Prizes of the International Jury )〕 It was selected as the Chilean entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 88th Academy Awards.
==Plot==
Four retired Catholic priests share a secluded house in a small Chilean beach town, under the vigilant gaze of a female caretaker. The four men are there to discreetly purge their sins and crimes (ranging from child abuse to baby-snatching), until their routine is disrupted by a fifth man who makes them relive the past they thought they had left behind.
